Great reflection nicely filling frame.
You didn't have to go far from your last, Russell. (Kate, look at his last, same place ). Excellent presentation, de-saturated, symmetry, and a great reflection. The vignetting works very well.
Thanks for your comments. If you walk from Parliament Square South towards Lambeth Bridge along Millbank there you will find Victoria Tower Gardens. The memorial was built in 1835 by Charles Buxton MP in commemoration of the emancipation of slaves in 1834 and in memory of his father. It was taken between showers of rain at 10.30 on the 10th of this month. It was quieter than normal due to the roads being closed following the recent state opening of Parliament.
Oh the unusual view of Parliament in my last shows the less photographed Victoria Tower, most people going for St Stephen's Tower that houses Big Ben (the bell)
