Our local hurch of St Nicholas in Blundellsands is over a hundred years old and amongst other things is renowned for the superb stained glass windows throughout the building. The timber ceiling with its beautiful carvings is yet another example of a lost craft.

I am intrigued by churches - great shot this one and so much good detail, often you cant get in nowadays so much theft occurring its sad

I tried in the Lady Chapel of Liverpool Catherdral, but my results were nothing like this. wish we had seen you there too.

Lots to look at in this image Ray, some inside church images can appear quite dark but this has lovely light coming through, noticeable especially on the wood.
