Portrait Session 1: Discussing the Subject.

Somebody in our U3A photography group suggested we should try taking some portraits, which duly became our April session. I decided to take a few myself too, but candids rather than posed, for some practice with the Lensbaby. A high-key treatment seemed most appropriate for this, the first image of five.

I always find candid's to be much better than posed shots.

Good technique Bill and good use of the lensbaby which unfortunately I still do not understand. The efffect is good as are the subjects.

works well...the darker tones of the spectacle frames and the camera are a good contrast Smile
