anyone can take it.. but If I might say, does not match the superiority and subtlety of your own many earlier crafts..
sorry for my earlier comments.. i take my words back.. this must be very good and votes and comments of others prove that.. i am quite a beginner and what do i know about composition of this sort.. sometimes i am a bit carried away.. sorry once again..
A very beautiful image, Elizabeth, and well worth the time and effort ![]()

The background works so well with the golden gerberas.
Matching gold border - just as I would have done it.
You were the only one who preferred V1 'Under the Bridge'
in my last image - most preferred th conventional approach.
as I consider you an 'artist', I'm glad you liked it.

thanks for your later comments on my post, which has put my mind in peace.. I am a sensitive kind of person, and feel quite guilty and restless when I think my comments might have hurt someone.. well the message is quite well taken on my part.. you can be honest, but there is still a language in which one should comment, and one should not be as blunt as I sometimes become..
but i would certainly like to comment on it once more.. I did not say in my comments 'it is not good'.. I fact I say anyone can take it.. but I had compared it with your own previous works (which is a compliment).. I compare it with your earlier image 'Three More Yellow' for which I also had voted.. The two are of similar flowers, same numbers.. and I still wonder why that got less number of votes than this one.. composition wise that was far more interesting (an unusual and interesting angle to the flowers etc.).. that had the advantage of soft focus and mellow colors.. That was more of an art and personal interpretation..
But I fully understand that its my own view, according to my own temper which is quite mellow and peace loving..
Regards.. I appreciate your work. have a nice Sunday.
