A chain - but it reminds me of dew-drops on a spider's web, it hangs so delicately.
I want a bit more space at the bottom, to give a tidy square, but that's just how my mind works, and there may well have been reasons.

Excellent image Malc, the chains do look like dew drops on a spiders web.

I can't fault your flu remedy.Smile

There was unfortunately very little I could do about the space down under, Moira. A very obtrusive bolted-in-place rubbish bin with accompanying local council logo succeeded in destroying that opportunity. Sad

Excellent chains, Malc, wonderful tones and really nicely draped. Not a speck of rust to be seen anywhere, so I'd better not be seen praising them too enthusiastically or my cherished position in the R.A.S. will be in danger Wink

I don't think I'm allowed to have man flu Blush Hope you don't suffer too much.

Regards
Bill

Like the way you've done in/out of focus on the chains, sharp at the front and bokeh-like at the back. And the solid steps add a nice contrast to the flexible chain links.
Nice piece of work Malc, like this a lot.

The verticality and broken nature of the chains contrasts well with the horizontal smoother steps, and the highlight of the show must be the strong side lighting.
Clever you spotting a photo opportunity here, Malc.

Chains and worn steps. Perhaps not the most obvious of combinations, but here it's a successful one. SmileSmile
