Good morning, afternoon, evening or night depending on your time-zone and when you are reading thisWink

I have to unfortunately click & run today and tomorrow. Our server at work 'died'
in the night and we have had no datasystem all day, so have to make up the work-loss tomorrow. Meanwhile I am working from home for a couple of hours (Oh, yes, the system was up and going as soon as I left the office!) while Mrs. Salty watches rubbish (BBC Lifestyle) on the telly. The joys of technology.Sad

I think I need to open my wallet and buy a new soap on a rope, I don't think you can buy refills....

Thanks for your recent interest and comments, they are appreciated.

Thanks for bothering.

Malc

That's a very woolybill1 kind of subject with a very woolybill1 kind of depth of field, Malc; I could so easily fall head over heels with it, but with MrsW sitting next to me I shall have to confine myself to offering a mod Smile

Regards - and thanks!

Well this has had us both drooling, you must be doing something right! I like the intimacy, it's very tactile.

And maybe you will have to open the wallet even bigger and buy a new boat to hang your soap and rope-- and if you do be sure to get on this very same color-- makes a splendid vision!

That's a very acceptable mod, Bill. I must admit I had not thought of a mono conversion, despite my love for the b&w. I had an idea that you would approve of the dof...

Extremely effective use of shallow dof, the colours are also what make it for me.

A gorgeous bit of coloured grot here Malc.
And you can save some money by sticking all the little bits of the soap you have left together,
to make a big bar !!
Super shot.
Mick.

There's a wonderful picture postcard image to be had, when you put the new soap on a rope onto the boat...when you have a shower there? All red cheeks and startled face, it would sell a bundle in the seaside shops.

Nice one, Malc: your wide open lens has allowed you to focus selectively on that piece of rope, and your title becomes all the more telling.......very well done.
