My, but that bridge goes on forever! Cleverly angled shot makes this a great image of it.

Hi Sam,

Thanks for the PM. I've just got back in from work!!

I like the composition on this shot. The way that the bridge moves from left to right through the frame works nicely. The colouring looks ok. The sky is a little blown on the middle right, but there is enough detail in the sky to show definition. Overall, I think that it's a nice image with stong composition, and certainly potential regarding contrat which it lacks a little of!!
When I come over next, show me the original, and we'll have a play!!

Excellent shot Sam; this works really well with the long view down the bridge and I love the composition with the lampposts sweeping up into the corner, although I think I'd like a little more space on the right.
And agree with Dave on the potential and confirmed it with a quick play - just using the "Clarify" option in PSPX2 reveals loads of detail in the sky and boosts the contrast with a fairly dramtic result.

You have some very learned advice above Sam, better than I could offer. I will content myself by saying " cracking nice composition ".

I very much like snakes away to a hazy distance, taking the eye with it.

Great shot this, i have often wondered while passing, how i would get to that spot, well captured
