This works very well in B&W, love the misty scene and lone boat. Maybe you could have just panned to the right a little, (you know that rule of thirds thing we all read about)

I tried to shift the boathouse but have not cropped the photo, only straightened so will have to wait for the snow to come back.
I saw the boat but did not look round the whole frame properly!
