Shot at a country fayre recently. This falcon looked straight into the lens, but due to the sensitive nature of their eyes I didn't want to use flash....

Hard to categorise but plumped for captive in the end as they are flown to the glove...

Sarah, What I like about this shot is the face within the face, i.e. on first viewing, the nose looks like the face but when you look more carefully at it you see the falcon's real eyes. It's really clever. John
