Like the tones and your manipulation in this Andrew.
Yes It happens in my home too.
Very creative work, I like this a lot. Rgds Paul
An enchanting image. Carol
Magical, superb image, very well crafted.
Beautiful image, love the colours and the lighting works a treat. Very nicely done x
this is a real beauty, well done.
Great image - good work !!
The fairies and the lighting make this a magical image.
That is superb
Remove these lights, and it would take on a much more sinister appearance.Shades of the film, The Shining perhaps ??
And an image that can make a very interesting ''play'' with !!
On second thoughts.
I BET YOU HAVE !!
Silly me !!
Stunning work - wonderful depth, light and colours.
wonderful picture, very magical and superbly created
A bedtime story. A world of wonderland for any child. This is a fine image Andrew.
Lovely image Andrew. Such a magical scene you've created. Love it........Sandy
A marvelous image.
Really a wonderful glimpse of a special moment.
Amazing shot Andrew.
A beautiful shot
What a truely delightful image
A popular image and deservedly so, but I'm just thinking I'd prefer this in portrait format to place more emphasis on the figure and allow the viewer to see more of the "magical" background above the figure. A bit much "wasted" space each side at the moment.
Yes possibly although I only took this one on landscape and there is no other info. I tried portrait and Mikbees idea of just leaving it as it was, but once I start fiddling I can't stop until I get told to go to bed. Besides she started to pose after that.
Excellent piece of work ~ its all been said above.
Wow! I love this! Pure magic!
This is what fantasy is all about.
Tip top Andrew. You shouldbe reading the stoy to her.
This is an enchanting image - closed in space which I think hints at the confines of childhood and having to go to bed etc etc (which I think you may loose with portrait format - which would open up the composition and not keep the backdrop contained and merely hinted at).
If you'll excuse the pun, this is a 'rights of passage' image for me, thats how I read it anyway - but I guess it can be read in so many ways and that's its magic.

It was 11pm on a school night.

Great work Andrew lovely image

Quality piece Scara , like shes projecting the story with pure magic.
Can see a whole new style coming on here ! Great.
She took ones of me too. Which is scarey.
happy to make it 70.........This IS very excellent, Andrew!
Superb image - quite enchanting - best viewed in Large Format to see the magic of the composition
wonderful image, love the light and shade the composition and the story behind the picture. Bedtime is a struggle.
now this is magic!
I love you and Hate you, have an user award.
LOVE IT! Absolutely love it. Set up is excelent, post production is perfect. Brings you right into the mind of a child reading a fairytale. Paul
A magical image
A stunning image and just magical.
A tiny thing and maybe just me, but I'd tone down or remove the two prominent sparkles from her cheek and underlining her nose.
Stirs many a memory. Would have been my son with the torch reading through the wee sma' hours. He still recalls it from time to time. Your image is a real delight and wonderfully & artistically created & presented.
electrifying - really draws the eye in and holds it there. Beautiful Katie
