A lovely capture and I love the rich colours. A very nice subject as they are so attractive and full of detail.

Vibrant colours and a beautiful plant, John. I quite like it as it is, with the inclusion of the leaves and pebbles, but I'd like to offer a few suggestions anyway. The main flower at the bottom could perhaps have more of the spotlight with a crop? I know it's hard to get everything in focus when you have bits and pieces in different focal planes, so I would suggest you step back a bit and use a smaller aperture so that everything is in good focus. The main flower is not as sharp as some of the rest of the image, so you need to set your focus on the centre of that one, then recompose and shoot. Those stamens need to be sharp. I have done a simple modification where I cropped and selectively sharpened the main flower.
Pamela.
