Another good shot the lamp in this shot is leaning to the right, at first I thought the image was crooked but the sea is level, must be a bent lamp

Nice muted tones & the steps lead the eye. You've judged the lighting & exposure perfectly to get the lamp light just right. IMO if the viewpoint was just a little lower it would get the lamp's business end a little higher above the b/g building, but that's a very minor point.
