...towering over that wee cottage that is so well documented.
3 shots stitched.
Big country there ))
We are almost flooded in now !!!! time to move the car to the hotel again :-(((
Us city types don't realise how hard it can be to live in the country, we think the rain is a nuisance. Take care Dave, hope the larder is well stocked.
So nice to have the full view and what a view it is. Wow.
Lovely light and shadow across the crags.
Lovely dramatic shot.
What a dramatic view, well captured and superbly presented.
Cracking shot, cracking composition. Amazing texture and context. Dan
Brilliaint shot of Buachaille Etive Mor, shows him at his finest. The detail shows why climbers love it so much...
Cracker !! Excellent shot ...
Quality photography Dougie, that light is awesome. Great work.
Outstanding shot Dougie. Beautiful bit of light across the bottom. Wonder what it looks like today? LOL
Pretty dreich Peter I would imagine.
Very nice, Douglas. This is the second 'alternative' shot of the BEM I've seen in the last 24 hours. Looks good from this angle too.
I would guess the other was Trekpete's? It's a crackin image Colin.
Amazing shot, nice to see this place from a different angle! still got the cottages for some scale, lovely shot, the sharpness is spot on!
Beautiful lighting on the mountain and I like the way the curve of the hill leads to the cottage.
A great alternative view of a super spot Doug.
Majestic, nice to see more than the cottage
Different view and its great, super lighting and shadows.
Oustanding light and this is the first time i have seen that marvelous background.
Fantastic shot,, love the remote feel to it, the colours and light is brilliant and the wee lonsome cottage sets it off,, well done
wonderfull image Doug, great scale and lighting. nice to see a different angle too.
This is simply superb, especially the lighting and composition. This and trekpete's from yesterday both show a refreshing approach. This would easily make the wall in my house,
Yes, it is good to see a new view of this place. I didn't even know what was to the left of the cottage from the angle! Nice light on the hillside.
This is just glorious. A spectacular wide open view that has at it's heart what looks like a lonely dwelling. A different and well found new view on the spot, I am sure it will inspire more to find it.
Fantastic light and shadows, and great viewpoint.
Thanks to all for the comments and clicks, I was lucky with the light which didn't last very long.
now this is a great angle Dougie...and a beautiful scene
A different & excellent view, with great lighting.
Wonderful composition and light....a grand scene.
Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. It makes a refreshing change and shows more of the ridge.
Thanks Pete, I was really lucky with the light.
Another great landscape, great lighting!
