...Only frozen in parts of course. This was a great day on Rannoch Moor, everywhere you placed your foot crackled and crunched. I was sure I was falling into water at every step.

Like the way you have used the tumbling (as opposed to falling!) and frozen water to lead your eye to the Buachaille, which is it's usual imposing self.
