...stands guard on the other side of the entrance to Glen Etive from Stob Dearg. The River Etive flows by under the two mountains.
4 shots stacked.
Lee soft ND grad 0.6
Looks like a storm front coming Doug. Nice shot.
So much to view
I wonder if the picture could do with straightening a little - looks like it slopes to the right - could just be me though
Stunning all the same
doug knew it was your's from the first glimpse in the gallery.... excellent as always
Superb landscape. Good use of f/g rocks, great sky.
So bonny to view and admire )
Beautiful shot, great viewpoint and very dramatic with that threatening sky
Fabulous landscape; magnificent sky and composition.
Love the sky Doug well done.
Great shot there love the detail . i'll need to spend more time up there soon .
impressive work again Dougie I like the rocks as a lead-in like a natural fjord
Very moody with wonderful scenery.
The compositon works a treat drawing the eye up the river into the mountains.
Another very dramatic shot with that super foreground being the star in this one.
Lots of mood and drama, with a composition to complement. I notice that there is a bit of noise in the sky, I seem to get that with the S2 Pro in similar scenes/conditions - really annoying.
Hi Pete, cheers for the comments, I knock it back with some gaussian blur if it annoys me too much.
