I am not often attracted by landscape images, but something about this caught my attention.
I particularly love the chiaoscuro effect over the fields.

Very nicely composed, Dougie. There's a touch of loss of detail in the clouds, but it looks recoverable to me. Love the sweep of the composition, and the sheep make for foreground interest. I'm a wee bit tempted to crop a little from the top. I think this might work as a panoramic if you cropped a bit from the top and the foreground.

There is a wonderful quality to the lighting of this picture. Well composed with the rushes growing in the foreground.
