A set of angles by the Megget reservoir in the Scottish Borders. The hard angles are softened by natures random jumble of colours and tones.
Interesting angles, natures set square I like the contrast of colours and shades.
Nice shot, Paul.
good shot like the perspective
not looked at a photo like this before!
Well spotted and really well composed, Dougie.
I like this picture. Good work.
An unusual use of squares and triangles, find my eye is more strongly drawn to the geometric shapes.
Hello Dougie, I see the triangles and rectangles in your landscape travel catagory no doubt accentuated purposely by your crop on the scene...clouds are a little over exposed and would have benefitted from a grad. filter or polorizer and a wee retate on the water, otherwise the stonework is a work of art and well presented in the light and shadow balance. Have a good weekend my friend.
This is a picture with more depth than a cursory inspection would reveal. The subdivisions of the landcape are very thought provoking.
Just love the way you've seen and composed this. Very clever.
A superb composition makes this really out of the ordinary. pity the sky's a bit blown but hey, minor niggle - great stuff
