...a wander down the Brig o'Turk Road in the Trossachs of Scotland, the trees had taken on the Winter look without leaves, but the bracken was taking it's time to change colour.

This is really good Dougie, the trees are composed well, but it is the moody sky and the light on ferns that really make the image

Birches are such nice trees, always worth a shot, no matter if they are green, golden or bare, and you did well with the group of them.
Beautiful colours in the foreground bracken, and the angle is superb too.
The sun is coming out, I am going to get some snowy shots.

These are the colours we can only find up in Scotland. They eluded my lens on this last trip for the number of raindrops that came out of the sky. The colours though burn bright in my memory and if they fade I can come back here for a reminder. I can feel the wind in my face as I look at this one.
