You've caught the dappled light on Glamaig wonderfully....adds to the many contrasts in the scene..

I have some freinds who live in Portree they are very very good photographers, i dont get to see them very often now. but Skye is stunning. For this picture is well below the correct amount of clicks.

Hello Dougie, I am admiring the sky captured with good detail in the varied cloud formation...my eye rests on the mountain which does not look Scottish with its lack of rocky detail and consistency in colour...I agree with others that the bottom left of your scene is rather dark with the shadow of the bridge affecting the river detail which by and large features well in your foreground. You must give me a few tips of where to go as Louise and I will visit this island this year. Have a good weekend my friend.
