...continuing my tour around Glencoe, I arrived at the tiny falls on the river, another favourite spot with Stob Dearg sitting behind. The reflection was something I had hoped for since I passed Loch Tulla on the way here, which was flat calm too.
A beautiful image again to start the day.Well taken Doug.
Morning Dougie, supurb as usual.
Great photo well done
A stunner, it never looks un dramatic no matter what time of year, time of day etc or weather conditions prevail.
Just one of those iconic but powerful scenes. A little like a stunning woman really, always on top form !!!!
Cheers my friend.
Impressive Doug. Ron.
very nice photo stands out well in the thumbnails
Beautifully composed Dougie and wonderful clarity.
Strong composition, with a pleasing sort of natural symmetry. I like the way the line of the reflection is echoed by the shapes in the foreground rock, and the water ripples.
What can I say Doug, wonderful shot, always nice to see you'r work, well done.
another stunning image Doug love the reflection
I can recognize your shots from the thumb, another excellent scottish scene, well done my friend!
Good to hear from you Tom, thanks for that.
Like the details and lighting in this Dougie - great composition and capture.
This rarely is a beauty Dougie, Crystal clear. I really like the square format in this,
'Morning Dougie. I'm still here!
This one's a cracker. The gravel and rocks mirror the parts of the sky that are not actually reflected in the water.......if you know what I mean!
Good to hear from you Pat, posted something? I'll have a look.
Reckon this is one of your best, a beauty. Like the format too. Malcolm.
wonderful image Douglas, the clarity and the reflection are winners in my book....... I have book up for a workshop in October around the Glencoe area, I really looking forward to it.
all the best
Up to your usuual high standard Dougie but who is Stob Dearg. Is he an EPZ member?
Excellent Dougie. Compositionally first rate.
I've just checked out yesterday's view of the Buachaille from your pf - and I think I like this one even better. Perhaps it's due to the rocky foreground and the particular tones of the mountainside. In any case, a total delight!
What to say
More stunning work Dougie masterful control and composition
If I can look at this I am sure not longing to go to Gizeh!
Excellent capture of the "pyramid"
A very beautiful shot Dougie....superb view...
