Tobermory the main town on the Isle of Mull on the west coast of Scotland.
Now where else could this be?! Lovely colours and reflections.
Good morning Dougie, at last a bit of sunshine which has brought out the colours beautifully, and its a pity the tide was not in the reflections would have been more dramatic but credit for what it was on the day...my only nit pick is the slope on your scene as the sea defence would always be level so a couple of degrees c/w and you have a beauty. Have a good day.
Aha you can see from the Clysdale bank to the mishnisch hotel here, and all in between. Lovely to see Tob again, such a shame the tide was not in your favour put a pretty picture all the same.
very nicely coloured houses, nice shot
Excellent Capture...looks like Balamory.....yes i watch it
A view I remember fondly.
I will be there this afternoon for a spot of lunch
Now a bit of blatent advertising!......my cards and prints are now on sale in the Tobermory chocolate shop and An Tobar arts centre :-p
....now, who's taking bets as to how long the Clysdale bank ( one and only bank on Mull)will be there for!!
Great picture Douglass, you should have popped in for a coffee!
Have a great day Doug
I like the colours in this shot

Great shot Dougie. Lovely light, super colours, splendid reflections and beautiful composition.
Thanks to George, Jeanie, Mavis and of course Angie who just posted a super pic from Mull harbour with the moodiest of skies.
Angie Barnet I will get you, the next time I come to Mull.I stayed in the most wonderful small hotel up in Dervaig the Bellachroy and had the best scallops I have tasted in years.
All the best to you all,
I know the Ballachroy, though derviag is considerd a bit strange by other Islanders! lol
I've never had scallops....but I recomend Ulva for the biggest and juiciest prawns I've ever tasted!
Thanks for your comments on my last 2 uploads, very much appreciated
Angie my mouth is watering, and already I plan a return to the Isle of Mull. Your work is always easy to comment on as the standard is so high it's a pleasure.
Dervaig why strange? Please tell, is this a mystery???
I'm holding my breath Angie.
All the best
