Lovely image. I see that someone cast a down vote on this image. Would they please PM me to indicate the reason for this so that I might benefit by not making similar mistakes, as I must be missing something.

Just wondering how I can see how many bad votes I get - anyone know. I used to be able to see a list of who has voted cannot even see that now - haved turned on everything in my settings page.

Kate this is excellent, quality, colour and drama. The sky is superb, must have been a grand shower to conjure this up.

Gosh Dougie thank you - I am very chuffed to receive your user award - glad you like it.

Its looking a tad dark on my computer here at work and I am just wondering if I have got my screen set up right at home - its new and one of those flat screens and it annoys me as - even though I use a spyder it still seems very bright.

Thank you all
Kate

Try left clicking on the blue No. of readerís votes. At the moment you have 19 votes up & 2 votes down 10 not voted but there are no names which I find unnecessarily cowardly and unhelpful.

PS Looks good on my monitor.

To my eye, you have captured three strong moods. The water has an excellent quality and a wide diversity, showing variable wind. The sky has great variability as well. this caused me to look over the sky several times along with the water. Finally the boats are calm, no movement and serene. A very artistic shot indeed. Love it!

A lovely, dramatic image with the play of light & dark sky, the sharp boats leading the eye in are delightful - very nicely done & one for the wall!
