Not my idea, copied it from an article in an old issue of Practical Photography. Changed it slightly by using a magnifying glass instead of a piece of plastic to place the water droplets on. The coloured beads are cake decorations.

Slight tweak of levels, contrast, colour saturation and some sharpening.
