Probably the last image from my trip to Fontwell Park last week. Converted to B/W in Elements.
ISO 3200 1/320 sec @ F13
I say probably, because I have an image of a fellow race goer which I would like to upload. The person in question was unawear that the photo had been taken. Can I upload this photo? It does not show them in any bad or compromising position. PLEASE ADVISE

I like the way that the horse is looking at the camera as if to say "look at how easy this is".
There are lots of candid and street scenes shown on the sight where the subjects are not aware that they are being photographed, so I can see no problems with letting others see yours. If, as you say, it does not show the person in a bad light then give it a go. Andy
