Well - yesterday I uploaded one of my first shots of the day, taken on Friday so today this is one of the last..........
Bamburgh Castle at dusk on a very, very blustery day - had to hold onto the tripod, it toppled a few times though I managed to catch it!!

WOWOWO What Excellent capture and stunning view ,beautiful effect, love that long exposure effect.
A good balance of comp with the foreground rock and the distant sandcastle
Thank you very much Saeid and Martin..
It took me ages to build that sandcastle Martin! Hope it doesn't wash away!
Beautifully captured. Love the light and colours. Well done
An ethereal image. Like something from an Arthurian romance.
Jeanie, this really is a beautiful shot with such a mystical effect from the last light and the long exposure on the sea. It ooooooozes pure quality
A beautifully soft landscape
Many thanks indeed Lissa, Alun, Mike and Ian.

Ooh, this is special. Beautifully captured scene, but that little rock in the foreground really makes the image to my eye.
Had a week down here a couple of years ago and had a great time, the sea has a habit of creeping in behind you at times, suddenly the llittle rock is an island.
