I have just returned from a weeks holiday on the Greek Island of Zakynthos (Zante) so I need to catch up with everyones uploads. I also need to get some processing done so in the meantime here is another image from a fruitfull dawn session from a couple of years back.

Thank you Guys and a special thank you to Andy for his UA. Very much appreciated my friend.
Wish I had some gap fillers like this, Derek. A wonderful composition where everything is in balance. Did you manage to pack the tripod??

No such luck. I had agreed with wife, Lesley, that I wouldn't take the Photography kit for a change. Unfortunately I just couldn't resist buying the Sony RX100 at the Tax Free Dixons in Gatwick Airport and played around with that for the week. Super little camera actually. Nothing stunning captured as far as Landscapes but I might upload a series of shots taken as a multi image travelogue.
It's an interesting camera you've bought and a nice exercise on pushing your luck with the dear lady. ![]()

Having used it for just over a week I am on the whole very impressed especially with portraits and general snaphots. The resolution, colour and fps is excellent but its a bit noisy in low light and bright skies tend to show quite a lot of banding. I am in London quite a lot and particularly wanted something that would fit in a pocket so I could do the odd 'Street' shot and the occasional architectural image.
If anyones interested in a more id depth review/opinion then PM and I will oblige.
And yes Dougie the diplomacy skills were put to a severe test with Mrs H. ![]()
Beautiful light, composition and detail, Derek.
