I just liked what I saw in this one, and tried to capture the wind-driven motion.

I tried this last week and failed miserably, you have done rather better. The only problem for me is that the plant heads nearest to the camera are rather unsharp but i do find myself looking through them to the shar area rather than being over distracted.

I think you have achieved your goal. The heads of the grasses are out of focus, suggesting that they are being blown about by the wind, and the stems have some sharpness, the opposite to what we would normally expect in a picture, but it works. The warm tones are lovely and the light is good.
Like Paul, I have taken shots like this, and love the movement of grasses as the wind takes them. I took the shots in order to use them as backgrounds for flowers, so the blur is just what I want. So I have to say that a single poppy or other bright flower within those grasses would lift this tremendously. But I still like it as it is.
