Its a little soft and could do with a sharpen up...I'm not sure compositionally what this photo is about......is it the shape of the leaf or is it the patterns on the leaf ...if its the latter then maybe a tight crop of just the leaf with pattern may work creatively speaking.....you could get a lot more juicy detail from the shot.
I think the bg is a bit messy and needs to be thought through before you took the shot....looking through your PF you have put more thought into other shots....I especially like 'Come Watch My Show'.
