I couldn't help but click on this. Even if it wasn't my daughter, I still think its good myself (and im not much for portrait shots). I think the pink and black goes well also.

It's a wonderful portrait, interesting framing, good lighting and exposure and a spot on expression showing a happy but not cheesy expression that would make anyone's grandma weep. The thing that lets it down is the heavy use of Photoshop. While this would help improve a shot of an ageing person. It's gone too far for a baby, especially on the forehead and nose. I guess you were trying to cover some problems with the shot but it could be done better.
Also the detail in the clothing could be shaded in a bit using the burn tool to avoid the bleached out area. All in all, still a great shot to be proud of
