Well shot, and a good image.
You need to get rid of the blue halo around the edges of the hair, as it detaches her a bit from the background. She looks composited in.
An amusing idea. Not the shot, putting a copyright message on an idea you've "borrowed" from someone else.
Both the photos are mine and all I did was use a tutorial on how to get the effects,I suppose you could say I 'borrowed ' the idea but unless you are a photoshop professional the I guess most of us 'borrow ' other peoples photoshop bits n bobs .
I do agree on the edges though 
..It was late when I did it......
