Well Thursday I fancied a day off from work and a trip to London for my first taste of photographing the capital. I had an awesome day travelling around the city capturing what I could. This was the first one I tackled in the edit.

I know its a very popular site and many shots have been taken of the place, but I couldn't help myself so I thought I would have a crack.

I wanted to give the photo a cool feeling to reflect the coolness of the area and hopefully I have achieved that. Thank you for looking at my photo and of course all comments and critique are much appreciated.

Cheers,

Matt

Those rails provide excellent lead ins. You should have said you were coming up, Matt.

"Familiar" ? I have seen the building, but this point of view is an excellent choice. I love the feel of steel about the whole image. The toning is perfect. ...Peter

Those rails are such a strong lead in with so much impact I'm not surprised you couldn't resist! Works extremely well.

Nice composition Matt. I also like the reflection of City Hall in the RH buildings glass fascade. It gives a very nice balance.
