Grotto Falls is located inside the Great Smoky Mountains National Park near Gatlinburg, Tennessee. The trail to the falls is 1.5 miles long with an elevation incline of 500 feet. The falls got its name because you can walk behind it using a small cave. the water cascades down over 30 feet.
