The barley field over the garden fence with Tinto Hill in the background.
It's worth a look at the big one, the detail is a little lost at this size!

Beautifully detailed colour in the FG leading to the trees which are casting a great shadow across the field. Bonnie image Simon, you live in a nice part of the Borders for photographers, and you see the shots so well.
All the very best

Great shot Simon..I love how that flattened grass leads your eye right into the shot..Rob.
Beautiful, love the way the fall of the barley leads you in
Rob
Excellent light and harvest colours Simon.Super shot.
Tom.
This makes me envious that I haven't got a garden fence to look over, living in York city centre as I do....
Keith....
A beautiful rural landscape, excellent composition, colours and movement in the barley
I like your speciality Simon, the overall focus. Lovely sea of ripe Barley, a good sky and a few Constable trees. Something to aspire to.
