Another from my evening at St Abbs Head.
I think this one works much better than the earlier one, the balance of light is much more dramatic.

Class work, good all round atmosphere and great level of detail in that slipway

Great image Simon. Love the way the sky is opening up and lighting up the slipway.
Steve!
Definately gets my vote, St Abbs head is a great place and you've captured it well.
Simon this is fantastic. The balance of light throughout is astonishing. Was this a single exposure?
Mike
Thanks for all the C&C's everyone.
Mike, yes it was a single five second exposure.

Beautiful work Simon, love that foreground with the rocks leading into the sea.
Clive
What a jaw dropping image that is every inch a delight to view. Absolutely superb, Simon. At the very least this deserves an HC.
Eric
Super composition and great light and colour.
Darren.
Very difficult to get the light right in this shot, ... but you have!!!
Excellent camera work and some lovely manipulation!
Scotty
Prefer this one to the one with the misty water on the right.
As always great detail.
Almost missed this too. The way this is arranged and with that light makes this very eye-catching. I especially like the detail up front.
