Nice image, well composed. The perspective is good and the cranes in the distance echo the domes's pylons. It may just be me but it seems to have a bit of a red-ish cast to it. If you have access to photoshop, you may want to use the "remove colour cast" tool, using a grey part of the clouds as a reference.
