I live near somewhere with a water feature, and every summer they have water lillies there. I've tried before and failed to take decent shots of them. They seem to be quite hard to capture well. Anyway, here's another attempt from today.

Wonderful photo and a brilliant angle. It has a lot of impact.
The soft lighting picks out the detail in the petals very well.

Good reaction to the response, you can make it better of course. A wee tweek of the contrast and a straighter level will make a good image so much better.
