These little guys have returned to Shetland for the summer.
The Shetlanders call them "Tammy Norrie"

I took an age to get in close but it was worth it to be so close to this little bird, we both sat there atop the cliff in a gale of wind watching each other, he probably told his mates, "I love the red faces these humans have"

Full of detail Adrian, and that little starburst at the top of the eye is a nice touch. I like the way you've got up close and personal here and filled the frame to good effect.

Picked up the 70-300 APO myself the other day, but have'nt had occasion to use it yet. No puffins in Brum Sad

Superb Capture...They have some strange names those Shetlanders a renowned old guy who sometimes played music in the Lounge Bar in Lerwick was called Peerie Willie
