This has alot of noise in it mate, si at a guess it's iso 800 or a heavy crop? It's not particuly sharp either, was it handheld?

Yes it was handheld.It was diffucult to tripod due to the amount of cyclists.

great shot i know how tricky it is to get lil birds in focus pitty the focus is a bit off.
