Was given the opportunity to visit Chester Zoo yesterday .Bearing in mind I don,t like Zoos ,I must admit I was pleasantly surprised at the transformation that as taken place. It was great to go into the outside Aviary with these beautiful birds. Also co habiting with Weavers and Glossy Starling. I think it is a credit to the planners and all the funders and trustees. The photo opportunities are much better.Hope you loke this and thanks for all previous comments and votes.

A fabulous shot of this beautiful bird, such brilliant bright colours and detail in the plumage. This one could have been taken on the plains of Africa rather than in captivity in Chester zoo
