Wonderfully quirky. I don't think the cat has been following the plot too closely...

To quote Ron 'Cat looks bored' wouldn't you be watching Emmerdale Sad
Have to admit to piddling around like this though myself sometimes, you can still learn from messing about....

I love getting images from the TV. Better now we are digital; you don't get all the lines.
I've never managed to get into Emmerdale. Must be because I'm a Yorkshireman and can't cope with the
dodgy accents. WinkMind you, Corrie is now so scary I can't watch that either !
Happy veiwing Chris.

A lovely mono presentation, Chris Smile As Clive above, I'm a Yorkshireman and I don't watch Emmerdale either! Not since it were Emmerdale Farm with Amos and Mr Wilks! Wink

I love your sense of photography. Just shoot. Excellent Grin

Would love to see a close-up of the DVDs. Just 'cos I'm feeling like a nosy parker. Heee. I can make out a few titles but my curiosity has got me all squinty. That cat should know what I'm talking about with the curiosity. Although he seems to be sitting there all smug...so I doubt he's gonna be on my side Sad

Well there's The King's Speech, Human Planet, Babe, Macbeth, The Killing Fields, Nine, Shawshank R, Devil Wears Prada, Hitchhiker's Guide, Monster, Phone Booth, Earth Story and Young Frankenstein.

Those are the ones I can tell you about anyway. Grin

No...WAY!! Young Frankenstein!!!! My brother and I were hooked on that when we were kids. We watched it sooo many times and would recite the dialogue and do the scenes and music in the car to and from (primary) school. My poor mum! I can still whistle the tune played on the violin to call the monster back. Stuck in my head for life Smile

LOVE Shawshank Redemption too. Got the vid when I was at Leeds Uni and watched it so many times there. Haven't seen the rest other than Babe and Hitchhiker's (love both).

A Smile

Is Emmerdale stil going after all these years? Must be at least 4th generation by now!Smile

May I suggest, that if that is the view you hvae of your telly from your favourite armchair, then you move things around a bit so you can see what's going on on the lhs of the screen as wellTongueGrin

Long time since I saw a B&W tv - didn't know they still made them.

I just read your 'crushed chilli and melted cheese on toast' comment on my chilli pic. How do you make that?? Sounds delish!

Crush a few chillis, whatever flavour you like, slightly melt the cheese in the microwave till softish then mix them up and stick it all on the toasted bread. Smile

And I love Marmite. Why does saltiness have to be so devilishly delish?? Bah.
