Who wants to look at girls walking by when there's skateboarding going on? But they look just as bored with that. Smile

Just the straight jpeg with a bit of levels. I shoot in b/w mode so I can see both versions and this didn't need much work.

Won't be many years before they're turning to look the other way, Chris Wink Well spotted and captured. Carol

This is a very clever candid composition and the mono conversion is spot on.

Excellent observation, Chris, and catching them in the same pose makes a cracking image. Looks like Southbank again.

Brilliant capture. I remember when life was like this. Girls were ..... just ..... annoying. Especially the one who put her hand up my kilt when I was at Sunday school. I ran home to my mum in tears. Ah, the innocence of youth.

Wasn't too long, though, before the shoe was on the other foot, so to speak.

'Nuff said.

Regards.

There's often plenty of blood and crunching bones in the skateboard park so they're probably a bit impatient for some drama. Great angle, Chris!

Put them in the same location in 3 or 4 years and you will have nothing more than their backs to photographWink By that time they will have discovered that girls are more interesting than skate boards, (but are still to find out that they are more expensive)Grin
Great choice for b&w, wouldn't have the same impact in colour, I feel.

An image captured so perfectly well and filled with so many endless narratives, which would make a great caption competition entry.
