A few years ago I did a project photographing a newly-refurbished small suite of offices in Greenwich for the letting company. This is one of the set. I might put some more up as a series later.
Just enough room for the boss and a secretary (nb... not gender specific! )
Jon and I slept in such a cupboard on a new years night.....when visiting friends
Zonks ago....Isn't it funny how a photo can trigger memories
And a few years down the line it will now be indistinguishable from my broom cupboard - ie an impenetrable jungle of life's rejects.
Possibly including the boss and secretary, though.
Would love to see the distortion corrected, but it's a kind of shot I love and it is super and it gets my UA.
Very nice.. I like it.
I like the clean look, the linear shadow and the overall composition!
A space that I'm sure has now been filled.
In pristine condition, Chris, bet it didn't stay looking that good for long Carol
A very attractive utilitarian shot.
Clean lines, Chris.
It reminds me of my old darkroom days Chris,
with my cupboard under the stairs.
I think that is how my brain is a bit soft today
with the amount of times I hit my head on the angle !!
A very delightful and immaculately clean cubbie hole! Reminds me of under the steps of my mum & dad's house when I were a lad, except it was full of junk and the gas meter was located right at the back - being small, I had to go in and feed it with sixpences or shillings when the gas ran out!
Spic and span, a handy way to use up the space beneath the stairs....bet it's full of unnecessary clutter now
I can smell the fresh paintwork and the new carpet.
Previously known as the glory hole

Many thanks for the UA Nezih. I had to take the pic at an angle so some lines will look distorted. I wasn't able to straighten it to perfection so decided to leave it rather than have to crop off bits I wanted to keep in.
Everybody should have one.
I'm sure that at some point in my life I've hidden in a cupboard such as this.............
I think the most luxurious thing/situation in life is an empty drawer/closet---which you have photographed to perfection! Brilliant!
