I don't usually go into the OH's office as it's a complete mess and you can hardly see the carpet. In fact, there's so much dust in there you can hardly see anything - let alone through the windows! But I needed a screwdriver so I went in. Well, he won't be getting any more calendars for Christmas that's for sure! Grin I believe the half-used calendar was for 2010. I can take a hint. Smile

And I just found my new 40mm pancake lens in the drawer so thought I'd try it out. I like it, although it's a bit slow to focus and doesn't have IS. Must use it more.

If I'd realised Jessops was reopening on Oxford Street today I'd have made a trip up there to have a look around but I got stuck into washing and housework (I know - I must be coming down with something! Blush), and I can't be bothered now. Anyway, it's snowing again.

And a big thank you to Moira for her UA on my previous image. Smile

So you've had an interesting day. When you're bored you can always go into your OH's office and you never know what you may find. A fun image and an interesting moment into your daily life.......Sandy

So...being a woman and needing a screwdriver, one has to assume you were after a drink? Not a long thin thing, flat or cross-headed at one end and a grip at the other end? Anyway, keeping the dust away is woman work.TongueGrin
Suppose I better stop digging now, this hole is pretty deep.....Blush

Have you shown OH this image, Chris? Any comments from him?

Have a fun day, and oh yes..you missed a bit of dust there...GrinGrinGrinGrin

Malc, I can assure you that over many years I've tried to get a duster round the room and remove the cobwebs from the ceiling but to no avail. He knows where every paperclip is and whether anything's been moved. As long as the rest of the house is in reasonable order I'm quite happy to let him get on with it. Less work for me. I just shut the door and pretend it's not there. Grin

MrsW and I share the same "office" space; it was designed as a breakfast room but that's another matter. I believe we are about as messy as each other.
It would be unwise for me to explain further BlushBlushBlush

I cannot agree more. Each time there is an attempt to clean my room, something important gets lost. Usually tucked in a place where I can only find at least a year later, so I end up buying things twice. Nice shot, by the way.

Come on Chris, maybe the calendars are just so valued he didn't want to use them... Nice story and a great shot.

That's a great excuse for not getting the duster in your hand. You will be telling us next that you never hoover his office either...women eh.
