this is nice with the leaves forming a tunnel down the centre. - but i think that it would be lifted to a completely higher league if there has been a cyclist, a walker or somthing happening in that passageway.
probably be worth going back in a few weeks when the leaves have fully turned and persuade someone to walk through for you.
other wise, nice exposure

I can see what you were after here, but I do feel that the path is a little lost in the mass of foliage. That leaves the picture mainly showing the trees and greenery when I think you wanted the path to provide a major point within your composition.
Could you have zoomed in more and cut out a lot of it to make the path more prominent winding its way through your picture? Even then as Phil points out, some main focus of the viewers' attention would be required.
I think also you are struggling for DoFwith an aperture of f4.4, but I am not sure if your camera allows for such adjustments, you can certainly go to f5.9 and you may have to use 'scene mode' to achieve it! Your automatic settings seem funny with an exposure compensation of 0.193502
