i am a great fan of abstract photography and often post similar images myself....one thing I have learned is that you have to try to avoid large distracting areas of "dull" colour and I feel that the central brownish patch falls into this category for me...otherwise the refracted colours work well....perhaps there is a better image to be had with a different crop
