Dating back to 1822, this octagonal lighthouse sits at the top (NE) end of Loch Ness as it narrows right down and effectively becomes a river. There are plans to turn it into a massive visitor centre, but these haven't taken off yet. Taken earlier today after an air frost over the past couple of nights had turned trees into a winter wonderland.
