A South American species of butterfly. Could have take pics for hours.

Taken at Blenheim Palace Butterfly House yesterday, after the first time appx 2 years ago. Should really go more often.

Well done Trev, beautiful shot of a Tree Nymph (havent seen any the 'Paper Kite' name before, expect for the challange of course!)

Good background and composition, and the butterfly is pin sharp from head to tip (which is the hard part of butterfly photography!). Shame there is some damage visible on the wing - but I bet camera club judges won't notice! Smile

You should enter this in the 'paper kite' challange.

Cheers Matt. This was the only Tree Nymph/Paper Kite that I caught a glimpse of in the Butterfly House. Will have to visit again.
