not sure about the black on her left shoulder, I personally would have gone for a slightly tighter crop. good effort though Smile and good front lighting especially round the tops of the eyes.

Thanks for the comments about the cropping out of the black part of the dress on her shoulder. I've tried it out, and it does look better.
