Have you tried a crop from just to the right of the stream, to a square frame? The sand on the right is a bit chewed up, and to my mind doesn't add anything. Just a thought ...

lovely the only comment I would make is the square format of the shot, was the fall off from the lens so apparent at this light that it needed this size of crop or was it purposely composed this way for the lead-in from the water or just a preference ?

Thanks all for your comments I tried several crops on this shot but tried to loose as much of the bitty right side maybe a portrait crop? The water was chosen as a lead-in.

This is a great shot that has not yet received the attention it deserves. The subtle light playing around the edge of the water is magical when combined with the silhouette of the castle. One I wish I'd taken. Nick.
