Taken back in October on Rannoch Moor. This was taken on our last morning on our way back over the moors to go home. Just one of the many small lochans in the area. This was the first time I had a proper change to pull off the road and take some shots, as the mist was always too thick on the other occasions we went past this area. I was determined I wasn’t going home until the weather lifted. But like they say in Scotland. "If you don’t like the weather,,, just wait 20 minutes"....Or something like that lol.

Hi Chris,
an amazingly composed image of the lochan,I agree with Mavis,i does look like a Victorian paining and the reflections and brightness of the colours is brilliant and even the sky is on your side.lol.
A definite wow!
